We ran into an issue with the upgrade process and are actively working with N-able support. We will be extending the maintenance window and will continue to provide updates as they become available.

We will be upgrading the production N-central server to 24.2 (2024.2.0.18) this morning.
We will not be upgrading any endpoint agents or probes today; those will be upgraded early next week (they will continue to work as per normal without being upgraded). We will monitor all agents and probe upgrades closely, but we don't expect any user impact during the upgrades.
