Identified - We are aware of an issue with PowerBI and the Data Gateway services that connect w/ the PSA. We have a plan forward but due to the nature of the next steps, they wont be carried out until after hours. A maintenance window is being planned in parallel to address the issue causing the data to fail a refresh.
